Having a pet dragon is very fun! He can sit, roll over, and play…
He can candle a birthday cake, lit a campfire, or so many other cool things…
But what if your dragon only eats junk and processed foods?
What if pizzas, burgers, fries and hot dogs are all foods that he enjoys? What if he is eating too much sweets? What if he refuses to eat vegetables and fruits?
What if his unhealthy eating habits makes it hard for him to exercise and staying focus? What if he easily gets sick, tired, performs poorly at school, and more?
What should you do?
You teach him:
The importance of good nutrition
How junk foods are bad
How healthy fresh foods can make him feel.
The different types of fruits and vegetables and how they help him grow up healthy and strong
How good foods work and why variety is important
How to make healthy eating choices, and encourage him to try new healthy foods…
And much, much more…

Fun, cute, and entertaining with beautiful illustrations, this is a must have book for children, parents and educators to teach kids about good nutrition, healthy foods, and encourage healthy eating habits.
These are great books that the whole family enjoys. They have an underlying message that is easy for kids to understand and follow. This one in particular has taught my daughter about healthy foods. Highly recommend all of these!
More veggies and fruits!
Great reminder for kids and us adults! Its so easy to feed kids and ourselves prepackaged foods that are convenient but we all should eat better and be good examples for our kids.
Great Way to Explain Healthy Eating
This book really impacted our 3 yr old son. He now tells us which foods are good or bad! We were looking for a way to get him to cut down on always asking for snacks and treats, and he is much more open now to fruits and eating what I make him for dinner instead of yelling for snacks.
My boys loves it
Both of my boys loves your book series, including their teacher and I can't wait to collect them all, including the stuff toy dragon as my boys are collectors of stuff toys!
