A Cute Dragon's Story to Help Kids Prepare for a New Move (My Dragon Books – Volume 62). Having a pet dragon is so much fun. You can teach him to sit, roll over, and play… You can teach him to make friends, control his anger, overcome his anxiety, show respect, and so much more…
But what if you have to move to a new house in a different town, and your dragon is furious, scared, and doesn't understand what a move is?
What if he's sad to leave behind all his friends?
What if he misses his teacher and school?
What if he misses the old house, the park, the bakery down the street, the swing set, and his soccer team?
What if he's worried if he'd ever like the new house, new friends, and school? How would he fit in? And much more?
How would you help your dragon cope with moving and prepare him for a new home? Get his book now and learn how!
Let your kid learn with Diggory Doo, the adorable dragon, about moving into a new house, making new friends, keeping in touch with old friends, and adjusting to a new school!
Fun, cute, and entertaining with beautiful illustrations, this is a must-have book for parents, teachers, counselors, and educators to help kids deal with Moving.
As no surprise this book gave the message it was suppose too. I will always love these books.
Great book for social=emotional skills lessons!
Sometime students move schools in the middle of the year, and some students get new homes and move. This book is a great social-emotional lesson for kiddos who are having a tough time transitioning in a move both locally and to another city. Thanks Steve, for another fun read for my students!
Great read for kids
My son loves these books and is always excited when we get a new one. Using this to help prepare him for the next time the Navy moves us, now that he's old enough to understand.
Diggory Doo Rocks!
Steve Herman does a great job of helping kids cope!
